  Bad customer service. couldn't find anyone to help me find item for bathroom. Had to ask to get a manager with an attitude to go with him his name is Rafael.. Better service in the whittieronr. next time I will go all the way over there just for the good service Thee get a zero rating. Had to give them 1 star to get move on.

  Cold and unhelpful customer service. I went for wire and a heater thermostate to help my parents get their heater to start again. I asked the electrical assistant for wiring and he was sarcastic and angry I asked for help. Too bad all the small hardware stores are gone, it would be worth the extra money to get actual help.
